You have vasically two options: 
Restrict the water intake (although this might be a problem in this heat. The other option is planning a relieving stop in between. I have done both. 

Personally with all my dogs I would say 7 hours is doable if they get the option to relieve themsleves when they arrive at the destination. Especially with direct connections where the dog is indoors for the whole 7 hours. 

I read somewhere that there are incontinency pads which you can use for long flights but I have never seen one.
