I am not sure why that dollar amount is on their site for food, as they do not feed of pricey food or strongly suggest that you ought to. When I was there, they fed Pierina one smart blend, I had a friend just graduate out of there in February or March, and I think they are feeding science diet now. They suggest you stick to big commercial brands like pure Rena, iambs, science diet, and the like. My friend and I do not feed any such brand, and their recommendations are just that, they just want your dog to be on a food that suits your dog and preferences.
The supplies they send you home with R: a 5 pound bag of dog food, grooming tools, a tie-down, dog dishes if you buy them, a measuring scoop,, treat pouch, half-check martingale (in addition to the standard working collar which is a slip chain), clicker, and if you plan on using them, dog boots and a head collar. There are more items you can purchase from them like extra leashes, pest preventative, dental care supplies, and so on.
The home interview is easy. The field rep will take a look around your living space, fill out a form with a number of questions about your environment, lifestyle, routine, and preferences, and film you walking a route. Naturally, the route should include at least one light controlled crossing. If you have any questions, concerns, or preferences, definitely communicate those to your field rep.
