[NAGDU] Another use for the relieving belt

My belt only has 3 clips, though I think the 4-clip type would work as well.
Instead of hooking it under the tail, as for feces, for urine I put it
around his waist, so it hangs in front of his penis.  Then I pull up the
handles of the bag so it's very close to his belly, and move the bag mouth
so his penis is inside.  I used a couple twist ties on the handles to make
sure the bag stayed pulled up. 
I expect the process is much simpler for a girl who squats.

Hi Tracy. Which type of relieving belt are you using? My understanding is
that male dogs don't generally urinate in the bag so how do you make that
happen? Sorry if I'm missing something really basic here. My experience with
it is limited because it didn't work for my girl. Thanks.

This morning, I used the relieving belt to collect a urine sample for
Krokus's vet visit this afternoon.  So much easier than trying to catch it
in a pot!  Way less messy, too.

It was also great to have when I was traveling recently and needed to pick
up from big Wisconsin snowbanks outside my hotel, where I really didn't want
to be missing pieces in the snow.

The belt has really become my most useful dog accessory.
