[NAGDU] Coconut Oil

You can get fish oil in pill form, liquid with a pump, and liquid
without a pump (you would have to measure yourself with a measuring
spoon or syringe). I don't like the ones you have to measure
personally because I'm lazy and fish oil doesn't smell awesome. Liquid
with a pump is usually the most cost effective, but softgels are more
practical for those who travel frequently.

There are many brands specific to dogs, but you can also use the ones
made for humans (as long as they aren't flavored or anything).
I usually use Iceland Pure Products Sardine & Anchovy oil or one of
the Grizzly brand products. Both are liquid with a pump, and the
Grizzly brand comes in multiple sizes. There are better and worse
brands out there, but these seem like good products for a reasonable
price.
