At Your Service,
Kevan Worley Greetings colleagues, I am over the moon about this book. It is a book I wish I could have written. It is a book I wish I had been able to read prior to getting my wonder shepherd 4 and a half years ago. Have you read it yet! If so, I would really love your comments either on this list or directly to me. It is rare that I see something about blindness or about Guide Dogs that I find so relevant, appealing, philosophically sound that doesn’t originate from the national Federation of the blind. Occasionally I do some writing for the braille monitor. I publish our Colorado newsletter. I’m wondering if there is anyone out there who would like to write a review of the book. I’ll be interested in others thoughts on this book. Am I overly excited about it. I’ll be interested in knowing how it strikes my fellow Federation readers. It’s very accessible. Very practical. I feel like she does a hell of a job of conveying the understandings in such a clear way from the perspective of a trainer and completely has an understanding of the handlers she is committed to serve. Positive, practical, upbeat. Did I tell you I was over the moon. Thanks y’all
