[NAGDU] Hawaii

I know what you mean. I live in Alaska...same thing. We call it 
"Outside", Lower 48 or America. Hawaii and Alaska are different than the 
rest of the country. Free shipping???? That always gets me other than 
Alaska and Hawaii!
