Once you get to PayPal, then you have the option of using PayPal or a card I
think. You don't have to use a PayPal account. NAGDU is working to make the
dues paying thing easier.

 I was, also, unable to join NAGDU. If they want to increase membership they
need to make it more user friendly. I do not have a Pay Pal account and I do
not really want one. I tried to join a couple of times. Was unsuccessful
