[NAGDU] city ordinance or regulation

Hi all,

 

Doing a bit of research. What knowledge might anyone have about specific
cities or towns that have adopted local ordinances or regulation affirming
the rights of guide dog user to travel within the city or town with their
guide dogs? I am specifically looking for any city regulations that include
penalties for a business not obeying such a rule or ordinance. Thanks.
