Leader has changed since 2016. The way it worked when I had graduated is
that they wanted you to contact a specific field rep, and he or she would
advise you on how to attempt to correct the situation. A lot has changed,
and I will say that client services there went down hill.

The other side of the coin is that you don't want to leave a dog training
program and have them wish you luck and be totally on your own. If used
properly, field representatives can be a valuable resource. I think the
hard part would be finding some reasonable middle ground.
