[NAGDU] Guide dog schools and puppy raisers

Hello there. I know for a fact that there are several schools where 
individuals who are blind or low vision have successfully been and continue 
to be puppy raisers. I think this should be an individual School situation 
where those schools who are saying these things be approached.
