[NAGDU] Guide dog schools and puppy raisers

I know that Seeing Eye has had blind puppyraisers.  I think guide Dogs for the Blind has had blind puppyraisers.

I certainly don't know why blind people can't be puppyraisers.  Owner-trainers raise the puppies they train.

If those poor dear blind people can’t raise puppies, and can only be objects of charity, did the Hildabeast raise herself? Those of y’all who have actually met the Hildabeast, did you notice any deficiencies in her behavior or adjustment?
