Hi;

To look at this question in a different way, you are given the breed and sex
of your dog when you get it at the opening of class but details such as
height, weight and anything else of interest come at the end.  Its equally
important for a student to evaluate their dog and at some point hopefully
near the opening of class there appear to be some serious problems with the
match you really need to talk with a supervisor and be persistant.  Now one
has to distinguish between fixable problems and issues you just don't want
to live with for the next eight or nine years.  Unfortunately at least prior
to covid there was a limited number of dogs and in some instances some
schools tried to make things work and they really should not have put the
dog out without addressing some issues.

Just my two cents in April with snow flakes.
