[NAGDU] Uber cancels again

Hi Jodi.
Sorry, won't work.  They don't stop; they just drive by.  Or, in my case, cancel as soon as they suspect I might have a dog with me.

It is in violation of state statute and the ADA to deny someone a ride. Perhaps it is time to call the police each and every time and have them charged with a misdemeanor
