[NAGDU] United Airlines service dog form

Actually, the earlier you fill out the form the better just to get past any bureaucratic junk they might create. When I flew United last year it was pretty simple to do what was required.

I agree that these forms put us in a 2nd class position. I would hope the NFB and NAGDU deals with this.

I have booked a flight in March on United.  Can I fill out their service dog form any time, like some time this month?
