I would say LYFT has been better for me but Uber is easier for me to use ap

Hi;

Thus far I haven't used ride sharing services.  I may have occasion to do so
in the future.  I've seen lots of posts concerning people being rejected
because of their dog.  How common an occurance is this?  Is the problem more
serious with uber or lift or the same with either?
