[NAGDU] Uber Denials

Does that mean the town hall meeting will begin at eight Eastern and that
the board meeting will follow, or that the Board meeting is at its usual
time of eight Eastern and the twon hall begins earlier?  Sorry I remain
unsure, but I do nonetheless.
