I would agree with this also. I believe we need multiple tools for mobility.

I filled out my NFB membership forms today, the ones affiliates ask us to do
so National has all the membership info. 

There's a question I always give a little thought to.  First, there's "do
you use a guide dog?"  Yes!  Then there's "do you use a white cane?"  I put
Yes there, too.  I don't use a cane often, but I can and do when it's the
best choice. 

Is that what other people do?  I always wonder if the question means "as a
primary mobility tool", but it doesn't say that.
