[NAGDU] [NFB-NAGDU] Come Join us for the Next Guide Dog Matters On Sunday, August20, 2023

Hello from the National Association of Guide Dog Users,

We hope everyone’s summer has been a good one, and you are staying cool; if that is even possible. We are excited to resume with Guide Dog Matters. This month’s edition will be an extended one; lasting for 2 hours.   Please share this announcement wherever appropriate. The National Association of Guide Dog Users would like to invite you to our next Guide Dog Matters seminar. This will be a two-hour presentation on a specific topic related to guide dog users. The seminar typically takes place on the third Sunday of every month unless otherwise noted. For those who are not able to attend, the presentation will be recorded and shared on the list as well as the NAGDU Facebook page.

Topic: A Question Never Asked. Is An Answer Never Known. 
This month’s presenter will be Al Elia, NAGDU Board Member. Al has also been leading our legal efforts with matters related to Uber and the Department of Transportation. This will also be an opportunity for guide dog users to ask questions related to access denial   problems. Al will share information about how guide dog users can get involved in our efforts.
