[NAGDU] OT:STUDY ON FOOD INSECURITY IN BLIND/VI ADULTS

I fail to understand two things:
1. How does putting o t in the subject line make sending it ok?
2. Why would you send such a message to this  list when it is so far from being about dogs.
The NFB sends out some of these kinds of messages from time to time. They own the list.
Please refrain from sending this type of message..
