Yes, you can get it on Chewy.
No, it's not likely the spikes would ever be chewed off.  In any case, you
would know if that was going on, b/c your dog would be taking a very long
time to chew on it.
The Gnawsome ball really is a rubbery or silicone ball that can be squeezed
and squeaked, but it's very sturdy.  It's not likely either that the spikes
would be chewed off, or that the squeaker would be destroyed or dislodged in
any way.
