[NAGDU] experiences with Guiding Eyes , and guide dog foundation and guide dogs for the blind

Guiding eyes does offer ownership. I think you have to wait a few years and then you file to ask if you can retain ownership. They send you a form that has to be filled out. Once it is signed, then the Director signed it as well.
