Occupaws guide dog association from Madison Wisconsin also does home training.  Although, they may not go to your area, just wanted to give you another option if possible.

Hello,

Freedom Guide Dogs is located in New York. The Seeing Eye is in New Jersey.

Freedom only provides home training along with Fidelco. Yes, Fidelco only trains German Shepherds.
