[NAGDU] Bootie question🦮

Hello everyone, I am in Arizona visiting my mom it's 115° and Julie my Guide hates the booties. She's having anxiety issues and I don't know what to do because walking on the pavement. She doesn't guide me she's doing flips she hates them… Anybody have any suggestions, or has anyone experience this issue? 
We now live in Texas it just hasn't been hot enough until now for us to have this issue… Thanks for your feedback.
