I'm assuming that you are referring to pain caused by arthritis or
another orthopedic reason? If this is the case, I would recommend
starting her on a joint support supplement containing something like
glucosamine, chondroitin, and/or MSM if she isn't on one already. Fish
oil can also help, but definitely the joint supplement. It can take a
few weeks to start working, but it makes a big difference for most
dogs.

You can get buffered aspirin for dogs for occasional pain. I've never
used it, so I can't say how effective it is or concerns using it long
term. Note, aspirin needs to be buffered.

You can also get prescription medication from the vet either for daily
use or occasional use.

I use VetriScience GlycoFlex stage III tablets (a joint supplement),
fish oil, and turmeric as supplements for my retired guide with
arthritis that causes intermittent pain. He also has prescription
medication, one he gets daily and one as needed.
