Hello tracy, I am sorry that this has happened. After you go through the complaint process with uber, please also send an email to Uber-feedback at nagdu.org  and report the complaint process. That email is not to Lodge the complaint itself, but merely the process of how your experience went with filing the complaint and their resolution to it.
