[NAGDU] Uber Pet refusal

I still need to take my retired guide to the vet, of course.  I ask for an
Uber pet, but Uber sometimes sends something else and I get a refusal, like
today, and then I have to hunt around in Help until I find "driver refused
my ride" to get a refund of the cancellation fee.  Very annoying.  

If someone has the email for the Uber accessibility person, I'll tell her
about it.  

 

My other retired dogs would work for a little while, if I asked them to, so
they could be service dogs, but Krokus retired because he really didn't want
to work anymore.  If I ask him to, he refuses to move.  So Uber pet is our
only option.
