[NAGDU] Uber Pet refusal

Since Rickey is not a guide, I used Lyft pet. They had just started their pet service. We ordered the ride, and it was to be here in seven minutes. Rickey was all tucked up in Bob’s coat. I felt secure in the knowledge that since we were using pet and Rickey wasn’t even posing as a guide, all was well, not so. The driver saw Rickey’s head sticking out of Bob’s coat and yelled, “Don’t bring that dog in here!”
We said we had ordered pet, but he would have none of it. We had to wait an additional 17 minutes.
