I agree. In a major, cosmopolitan city like San Francisco, it should be easy to find someone to make a decent translation to any language you want. Heck, I know I could find translators for a few languages in my own Jersey neighborhood. And I'm not a big, rich company. I wonder if Uber left it up to some doofus AI or something like that.
