Hi Richard. As it happens, I just tried doing the survey for a ride I took Dec. 29 and also got that error message. I was unable to select 2023 as the year, as 2024 was the only option presented to me in the combo box and I was not able to edit the year. Thus, I got an error message that looked like yours, except mine said the year was invalid, which of course it was. I'll wait a couple days and see if the glitch gets addressed and then try again. I was using Edge so I suppose I could also try with Chrome.

I experienced a denial of service by a Lyft driver on December 20 in Houston. I have reported the incident to Lyft by telephone and email and filed a  complaint with the U. S. Department of Justice. I attempted to respond to the survey on the NFB website; however, when I used the Enter key for the submit button, the NFB website presented this message: "Error message - Unable to send email". Contact the site administrator if the problem persists." Is the survey supposed to still be active?
