[NAGDU] issue with Uber app

Hi all. ON Dec. 29 I took an Uber but had not used the app in a while so I needed to accept terms and conditions. I scrolled around and found a couple of unlabeled buttons but no box that I could actually check. No matter what I did I could not check the box and the confirm button remained grayed out. I actually had to turn off Voiceover and ask a sighted person for help hitting confirm before I could request my ride. I was using IOS 17.1.2 and an iPhone SE. Has anybody experienced this recently and if so did you find a workaround? I've reported the issue to Uber. Thanks.
