[NAGDU] A different Uber problem

Hello. I am sorry that this has happened. My recommendation is that you should also write an email to uber-feedback at nagdu.org and share the experience with the complaint and resolution process. This email is not for the complaint itself, but for feedback about the complaint that you filed with Uber and how they resolved it. The email is seen by our lawyer and board member, Al Elia, and by our Uber contacts. In terms of the PayPal dispute that you mentioned filing, it has been my experience from others that I know, when they dispute charges that Uber has done on their account, they have been taken off the Uber platform itself because of those charge disputes. I am not saying to do it or not do it, but just sharing information about what I have heard has happened to others.
