[NAGDU] A different Uber problem

Lately I've been taking Lyft because they don't have the Uber pet and that's avoiding the confusion. To my knowledge, I don't think drivers are supposed to insist that you take Uber Uber pet because it is not specifically for service dogs. It's a choice. And it's also four bucks more. Also to my knowledge, I believe it's illegal for them to charge a cleaning fee unless the dog did something really major. But that might be a one to double check with our attorneys on the list.
