[NAGDU] A different Uber problem

I am happy to say that, after I replied to Uber's message saying they weren't going to do bubkiss, saying again that my service dog is clean and that I shouldn't be charged a cleaning fee for having him with me, they refunded the cleaning fee.  I wish I could rescind my tip as well, but I'm glad to get back the fee that shouldn't have been charged in the first place.

Lately I've been taking Lyft because they don't have the Uber pet and that's avoiding the confusion. To my knowledge, I don't think drivers are supposed to insist that you take Uber Uber pet because it is not specifically for service dogs. It's a choice. And it's also four bucks more. Also to my knowledge, I believe it's illegal for them to charge a cleaning fee unless the dog did something really major. But that might be a one to double check with our attorneys on the list.
