[NAGDU] A different Uber problem

I’m so sorry this is happening to you guys. I’ve been very very fortunate. Here in Colorado Springs I’ve never been charged any kind of extra fee. We do get turned down from time to time. I would say once, or twice a year for the past decade. I know that it’s much much much worse in Denver metro. When I am working in Denver, I’m often turned down about 20% of the time. But never been charged a cleaning fee. It just all makes our lives so much more complicated to have to fight and fight and advocate, and ask for review and arbitrate. All my goodness.
