[NAGDU] A different Uber problem

Hi Tracy,

Beyond the cleaning fee dismissal, this driver needs to be educated on
service dogs not being required to take Uber Pet.
I experience Lyft denials about 1 in 3 times.  I don't even bother with
Uber although in my area, many drivers drive for both companies to earn
enough money each day. I have missed so many important things dealing with
denials that I hire people to drive for me independent of Uber and Lyft as
much as possible.
