[NAGDU] A different Uber problem

I suspect it was what PayPal said to them, but I'll never know.
Though Raul says some people have been kicked off Uber for bringing a dispute against them. Oy.

Robert, I'm really surprised to hear you get so many denials. Somehow I thought California was better than that.
Isn't GDB only an hour away from Uber HQ? Aren't there lots and lots of dog users in CA? Picturing 50 dog users standing in front of Uber yelling "shame!" It's a nice picture, though perhaps fantasy.

Should we be bugging our representatives that Uber needs better regulation?

Glad to hear it. I don't know what you said to them but it obviously got their attention. Great job!

I wish I could rescind my tip as well, but I'm glad to get back the fee that shouldn't have been charged in the first place.

To my knowledge, I don't think drivers are supposed to insist that you take Uber Uber pet because it is not specifically for service dogs. It's a choice. And it's also four bucks more. Also to my knowledge, I believe it's illegal for them to charge a cleaning fee unless the dog did something really major. But that might be a one to double check with our attorneys on the list.
