[NAGDU] ride share services

Hello,

There are a few concerns for sure with ride share. I dislike all the
denials ai have been getting but for me I use them because the bus is
unreliable along with paratransit and I have the intersectionality of
dizziness which makes it challenging to walk two miles even with the bus to
work.
