As far as I'm aware, that's not legal.
I've never seen that being required.
I'd be taking that up with those with more powers.

I am on another FaceBook group and the question is about completing an ADA
form to have a guide dog as a reasonable accommodation. Is this legal? Do we
need to justify why we use a guide dog rather than a cane?
