Now, for Uber specifically, we recommend that you go through the complaint process using their app. Then, after you finish going through that process, we highly encourage you to email your experience with the complaint process, including how much time it took to resolve or not resolve, what was Uber's response, etc, to this email address, uber-feedback at nagdu.org. please note that this email address is to submit your feedback concerning the complaint process, not to file the complaint itself.
Last, many people also choose to file a complaint with the department of justice.
