[NAGDU] Reporting denials with Lyft

Unfortunately during a recent family vacation, I experienced two incidents of denials, one with 5 separate drivers, while using Lyft. I think I’m missing something as I can’t find where in the app to report these denials. Since drivers cancelled the trips when they saw us, there is probably no record but I do want some entity to know.
