[NAGDU] harness rubbing

Hi folks,

About the harness rubbing your dog's armpits, I had the same problem when I
had a GDA dog. I glued moleskin onto the interior side of the harness belt
and where the belt is sewn onto the body part. Moleskin comes in 2 kinds; a
thin type and a thicker type. Both types have the felt-like side and a
sticky side you have to peel the paper off. Make sure there are no
wrinkles. Any pharmacy sells it.

I didn't have a rubbing problem with TSE harness. Most dogs have kinda
sparse hair in their armpits.

If you want sheepskin (most now are fake sheepskin) you can go to any store
like Target or Walmart - even AMAZON and get seat belt covers. They are a
tube shape that keeps a car seat belt from rubbing on your neck. They close
length-wise with velcro. These are similar to the ones sold to keep a horse
halter noseband from rubbing. Don't know which are cheaper. I haven't had
to use this on my harness since the early 1990s.
