[Ncabs] Date for Student Seminar 2010

Hi!

As usual, I missed that call. Oy. I am such a bad member. All I have to say in regards to the seminar is that Ipersonally would pefer April because 1) i agree that the March 20 would conflictwith Spring Break and 2) I am going to be across the country on the 27, in Los angeles, California. I cannot move that trip and I really want to be part of this years conference, so please let me know when we pick a definite date!!!

Hi all,

On our October conference call we agreed that Saturday, March 27 would work well as a date to hold a student seminar in Raleigh at the GMS campus.

We have full support from the staff at the campus in Raleigh to hold our event. However, they have advised that we should consider alternate dates as there is another event on campus on March 25 and 26.

They have suggested March 20 or April 10 as alternate dates. On the call, many of you expressed concerns about holding the conference in early or mid March due to spring breaks from colleges. I think that the 10th of April, 2010 would work well for our conference.

With that said, I would like to make sure nobody has any known conflicts with holding the conference on Saturday, April 10. Does this date work for the rest of you?
