Please call the numbers listed below.  This needs to be done Monday, May 24 if possible.  This e-mail deals with  North Carolina budget legislation concerning NEWSLINE and GMS!.  Each and every call is crucial and makes a difference.  Thanks!

Hi Sharon.

I'm just now getting around to sending you your information. The Senate has passed their version of the budget. The Senate DHHS Appropriations Committee did some really good things for the Governor Morehead School. However, they also did some things that need to be corrected. Please read the attachments carefully. Have your chapter members and other interested people contact the two representatives listed below to state our position.

Newsline is also in the Senate version of the Budget. It needs to be in the House version also. Ask a couple of people who are really strong Newsline users to contact them about that. Lets talk when you read these attachments. This needs to be done the first part of this week.
