[Ncabs] a new device being researched

You can find a lot more information at the website below, but a
professor told me about this. It is basically a device that consists
of a video camera and somehow the images are transfered to pixels that
are felt on a person's tongue. Apparently, research on this device has
shown that blind people have been able to detect where some things are
as well as gain information on signs. I'm not necessarily endorsing
the idea or shoving it off, but I thought it was very interesting and
wanted to share.
