[Ncabs] September conference call and technical difficulties

Good evening everyone,

The conference call tonight experienced a few technical difficulties,
forcing us to have to reschedule the meeting. We are trying to figure
out the problem, and as soon as we set another meeting time, we’ll let
everyone know.
