[Ncabs] NFB National Convention

She has asked all chapter and division presidents to provide a list from their chapter or division, so I'm working on the list for NCABS.

I have given Gary a pretty comprehensive list. I will give him an
updated one. There are actually several others, but they are not
students. The reason I hadn't given him the entire list is that I have
not quite heard from everyone despite attempts to do so.
