March Conference Call

Start time- 9:35 PM. End time- 10:00 PM.

Leader Reports:
Preston: Fund raising is on hold for seminar. Outlined setup and
schedule plans for the day of seminar. We talked about lunch plans as
well. Wraps and pizzas will be available. There will also be chips and
other small sides for lunch. Vegetarian and gluton-free wraps will be
provided.

Cala talked about the sign-ups, the spreadsheets, and plans for
registration. Gave numbers of attendees as well. Laid out tentative
plans for the registration table.

We went over more seminar plans, such as seating and organization and
session plans briefly.

Our next call will be at 9:30 PM on Monday, April 11.
