[Ncabs] DPI Survey on GMS

Please find below a link to the North Carolina Department of Public
Instruction's online survey on the proposed closing of either The
Governor Morehead School or one of the two Schools for the Deaf.  The
deadline is submit feedback in September 30th.  Please take a minute
to pass on to your networks and submit responses.  This is a public
hearing style survey, therefore anyone may submit feedback.
