[Ncabs] Super Conference

I think that the first key thing is for us to know the terms and conditions of combining again. If we agree without terms and conditions, that will give them the freedom to set the terms and conditions after the agreement.

I had trouble ... quite frankly, I'm still having trouble .... holding them accountable for the terms to which they agreed in writing before we decided to combine.

I suppose that means that I brought up the discussion prematurely, but I bet we can get an offer from them very soon if they're so anxious to hear a rushed decision from us on whether or not we're going to want to combine.

Hello Everyone,

My initial impression is to not join with the super conference for our upcoming seminars. It didn't seem to bring in any extra vendors and we had too many issues getting confirmation of payment and receiving our funds from vendors. Justin unless you have evidence that says that it would be beneficial, I would say we should hold an email vote.

Thanks,

Kevin

NCABS members and leaders:

There was one more thing we needed to discuss last night, and I quite simply forgot it. I am truly sorry.

That one last thing that we need to decide-and quickly-is whether or not we want to combine with the Super Conference again for a student seminar.

We have the idea of having 3 seminars: a western, central, and eastern one. We could also end up deciding to do just one. In either case, we need to come up with a decision on whether or not we want to combine with the Super Conference again.

We could discuss this all via email, or we could have another meeting-a special meeting for this purpose ONLY-via teleconference next week.

I would prefer to have another conference call next week and propose it be Monday night at the normal time.

It would be much shorter than a normal call because it would be a one item agenda.

Can we do that?

Thank you all.

Justin
