First The  Wilmington Seminar is still in progress, but it looks like
the third week of July is going to work. Alan is still calling  some
organisations  to get  monetary help.
Second: The  Greensboro Seminar is stil plan for late Spring. However,
at this moment we are not sure when or if we are going to be able to
have it at North Carolina Agricultural and technical State University
Bobbi is still talking to the DSS of the university, and see if we can
have the seminar there.
Third: We talked about the Washington Seminar of DC. This is going to
take place during Febuary the fourth to the seventh. We decided to
help two students go by giving each of them 150 dollars. We are going
to give them a prepay card. If any of you want to go you must let Alan
know by Friday. noticed you must let Alan know by this Friday December
the 14.
Thanks to everyone who came. Sorry for starting our meeting late.
However, it was a great one. We hope that you think about the
Washington Seminar. It would be great if you guys could make it! Good
luck for all of those who are still taking finals. Yep that would be
me! Anyways good luck! Again thanks and have a wonderful  Christmas
